Stuart is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and established the Group in 2001. He formerly worked in private practice as a property consultant for Chesterton, Eric Young & Co and Hamilton Glen
Stephen Mooney - Group Finance Director
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1990, Stephen worked for a further 3 years in practice before moving into industry. For the last 20 years he has worked as the Financial Controller/Director of a number of mainly owner managed, entrepreneurial led, businesses in the leisure and property sectors.
His main responsibility is to manage all aspects of the Group's finance function.
David Kett - Group Finance Controller
David joined the group in 2019 and has extensive experience in the commercial property sector.
He previously worked as a fund accountant for First Property and was responsible for the day to day finance function of the UK Commercial property funds.
David has also previously worked at Savills and Countrywide.
Stephen Hill Property and Asset Manager
Stephen has nearly 20 years experience in commercial property and has held senior
property management positions as a Director at BTWShiells and CBRE. He has managed a variety
of property types across the UK and has a particular specialism in the management,
set up and running of shopping centres.
His previous roles have included being responsible for the strategic asset
management of the entire occupational and let portfolio of RBS in Scotland.
Stephen is responsible for the property and asset management of the portfolio.
Hannah Findlay Property Manager
Hannah joined the group in April 2019 and is responsible for ensuring that all the day to day requirements of our clients and tenants are fulfilled. Hannah brings several years experience of looking after all aspects of property management to the role and has previously held senior positions with companies such as Redpath Bruce and Ross & Liddell.
Alasdair Irving - Facilities Manager
Joined the group in 2015, Alasdair is responsible for the facilities management of the portfolio, and is the Centre Manager for the Braes Shopping Centre in Castlemilk. He has 20 years management experience, and has previously run facilities operations for Tesco and Harper Collins Publishers.
Vince Lochrie - Centre & Facilities Manager
Vince is Centre Manager for Cumbernauld Town Centre. Vince has a vast amount of shopping centre management experience having been centre manager at The Forge Shopping Centre in Glasgow for 22 years and prior to that Sauchiehall Centre and Maryhill Shopping Centre.
Melissa McDonald Property Administrator
Melissa joined the group in 2019 and is responsible for assisting the property and asset management team.
Melissa has been working with commercial property accounts for several years and previously she has worked as part of the Joint Venture Group at CBRE dealing with 2 Major UK shopping centres.
Janis Sargeant Finance Manager
Janis joined the group in early 2018 and is responsible for ensuring that all of the day to day needs of the groups finance function are met.
She brings several years experience to this role most of which has been spent in the commercial property sector.
Janis is the primary point of contact for any financial matters concerning the group.
