Stuart is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and established the Group in 2001.

He formerly worked in private practice as a property consultant for Chesterton, Eric Young & Co and Hamilton Glen.

David joined the group in 2019 and has extensive experience in the commercial property sector.

He previously worked as a fund accountant for First Property and was responsible for the day to day finance function of the UK Commercial property funds.

David has also previously worked at Savills and Countrywide.

Stephen has nearly 20 years experience in commercial property and has held senior property management positions as a Director at BTWShiells and CBRE. He has managed a variety of property types across the UK and has a particular specialism in the management, set up and running of shopping centres.

His previous roles have included being responsible for the strategic asset management of the entire occupational and let portfolio of RBS in Scotland.

Stephen is responsible for the property and asset management of the portfolio.

Richard is the centre manager for the Octagon Centre in Burton upon Trent having previously held the role as operations manager for the Octagon Centre.

Safa joined the company in March 2022 as our Property and Asset Manager. With a strong background in managing multi PBSA (purpose-built student accommodation) and residential properties. She has years of experience in managing tenancies and client relationships while possessing strong marketing and creative skills.

Lyndsay joined the group in 2020 with experience working in a managerial role within the lettings and sales sector.

Chandra is the Centre Manager for The Howgate Shopping Centre since May 2021 having previous been a store manager for Debenhams.

Kieran joined the team in December 2021 having previously been Purchase Ledger at City Facilities Management (UK) and Purchase Ledger at Norbulk Shipping UK.

Sue is the centre manager for the White Rose Centre in Rhyl. She was previously the centre manager for the Victoria Shopping Centre, Llandudno and also a store manager for Bon Marche.

Joan joined the team in 2021 as our Credit Controller. She previously worked as credit controller for Premier Housewares Ltd, a Wholesale Furniture Supplier specialising in quality furniture, kitchenware and interiors for the trade and interior designers, chasing payment of high value, high volume transactions from well-known suppliers like Wayfair, Aldi and Argos.

Russell joined the company in April 2022 as Centre Manager for The Mercat Shopping Centre in Kirkcaldy and has since transferred to The Antonine Centre. Russell has extensive Retail Management experience, having greatly improved the sales performance of some of the largest flagship stores in the UK, notably luxury multinational retailers such as Boots and Hotel Chocolat, as well as multiple supermarkets for The Cooperative Group.

25 years of Retail experience, 17 of which as an Area Manager for Luxury Designer Furniture and well-known high-street fashion retailers, in addition to General Manager roles for Debenhams, The Range & New Look.

Zayna has recently been appointed Senior Asset Manager. Zayna is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has over 10 years commercial property asset management experience. Zayna previously worked at intu and more recently Sovereign Centros where she was a Senior Asset Manager. Over the last 10 years her role has included all aspects of asset management over various projects on behalf of numerous clients. Zayna is responsible for the asset management of the portfolio.

Alistair has over 20 years commercial property experience selling businesses from small cafes to large holiday parks whilst working with some of the biggest commercial sales agents in the country.

Natalie has 9 years experience in the Events & Marketing industry, working within the private, public and third sectors.

Mo has an impressive 22 years of experience in Shopping Centre Management and previously worked in retail as a store manager for International, Alexon, GAP & Block Buster.

I join the Octagon Centre with over 20 years’ experience working in retail. I’m so happy to have joined the team and been made to feel so welcome. The Octagon has huge potential, time for us to go and fulfil it!!

Steve joined the company in March 2024 as Centre Manager for the Airedale Shopping Centre in Keighley. Steve has been in shopping centre management for almost 30 years - working up from technical service to Operations Manager and has been at Airedale for 13 years.
